I’m Emma. With years of training in all kinds of fitness and sports, I wanted to be able to share the things I have learned along the way and help others reach their goals.
At 14 I started my journey as an amateur boxer in Taranaki for 4 years. My passion for boxing and combat sport has kept me in and around fitness ever since, and eventually lead me to complete a certificate in personal training through NZIHF.
I have a firm belief that taking care of your body helps to contribute to a healthy mind. Fitness has saved my life many times and I definitely use it to build confidence and keep negative feelings at bay.
In my spare time, I enjoy finding the best coffee spots around town and spending time with friends and family. I love all things creative and often attend art exhibitions, music gigs, and comedy shows.”
