I’ve always loved moving my body, whether it’s playing netball, kayaking, or heading out on long bushwalks with my family. My passion for health began in 2012 when I started studying clinical nutrition, which eventually led me to open my own nutrition consultation business. I found so much fulfilment in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through a food-first approach.

My fitness journey took a new turn in 2018 when I trained for and completed my first Auckland Marathon. After having my second child in 2020, I felt my health start to slip, which motivated me to return to the gym and reconnect with movement through group fitness classes, especially pump and spin. From there, I discovered a passion for strength training, pushing myself further and building both physical and mental resilience. I particularly love heavy compound lifts and the strength and confidence they’ve helped me regain after having children.

Inspired by my own journey, I went on to complete my Personal Training Certification with NZIHF so I can now help others with their own fitness and movement. I’m especially passionate about helping women build confidence in their bodies and achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. I strongly believe that consistency and small, sustainable steps are the key to long-term success. My mission is to empower women through strength training and education, and to show how it can positively impact health at any stage of life.
