I’ve been in the fitness industry for almost 4 years now, specialising in fat loss, and strength & muscle building.
I have a strong background in one-on-one personal training, small group personal training and group fitness classes which is where my passion really shows.

I have worked at various private studios (including my own) where I have worked closely with individuals to help them get to their goal as quickly as possible.

My style of training ranges but I am a firm believer in hard and fast exercising – exert as much energy as you can within a short period of time. Mixing up training techniques is also important so your training doesn’t become boring, So, you know if you’ve got me as your trainer, sessions will be varied, challenging and fun!

My love for health and exercise stems for a childhood dabbling in as many sports as I could think of including touch, hockey, dance, ice-skating, tennis and my most favourite netball where I played at reps level at one stage growing up.

I now like to focus my time challenging my body to new forms of exercise within the gym. Whether that be high intensity interval training or a good weights session, I love it all!
