I have always had an interest in fitness after going through my own exercise journey. When I first started training in the gym, I felt very intimidated, lost and not sure what I was meant to do. I tried multiple workout plans and diets but nothing seemed to work. I started to surround myself with people who were likeminded, and on the same journey as me and get some guidance.

After I left school, I was unsure what I wanted to do for a career. I started studying personal training purely for my own training and perhaps to fall back on while I discovered what I really wanted to do. I have discovered through my studies that I really enjoy learning how the body works and loved the idea of being able to help people; I then realized that this is something I would like to do full time.

I’m passionate about helping people reach their goals and become the best version of themselves. As a personal trainer, I love the impact I can make on someone’s life and the connections we make. I hope to help as many people as possible not only to reach their goals, but change the way they look at exercise and their overall lifestyle.

When I’m not working or at the gym, I love spending time with my puppy “Frankie”, who loves doing long walks on the beach with me. I also enjoy shopping, spending time with my family, being adventurous and trying new things.
