We are a full service, boutique 24-hour women’s only gym in the heart of Albany. We provide a range of equipment and services at Fitness HQ, including a cardio area, infrared sauna, 30 minute express circuit and free weight area. We also run a massive group fitness timetable, with over 20+ small group fitness classes per week!
We also boast an onsite massage therapy clinic.

The team consists of 10 fitness professionals who are passionate about what they do and love making an impact women’s health and fitness. We have all been through our own journeys (and still continuing) and can understand and support every women who walks through our doors.
Our friendly, warm staff are here to help our members when they need it. We offer 4 complimentary starter appointments with a trainer to get you confident in the gym and maximise your time and results.
